Alan R. Inwood Esq.
Alan R. Inwood graduated with honors from the University of Colorado in 1978 and graduated from the University of Santa Clara Law School in California in 1982. He was admitted to the bar of the State of New York in October 1983 and to the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York in November 1984.
Mr. Inwood brings over 25 years of experience to the firm. He is an expert in the litigation of auto, slip and fall and construction site accident cases.
Mr. Inwood has obtained many large judgments and settlements for injured victims. The following cases are the most recent verdict and settlement obtained by Mr. Inwood:
• Ahmed v. Jacal Hacking Corp. On February 23, 2011 a jury in Supreme Court New York County awarded Plaintiff the sum of $800,000 for a single disputed non-surgical disc herniation.
• Raphael v. Party Rentals, Ltd. In November 2010 a $1.2 million settlement was achieved. A 32 year old Plaintiff was rendered totally disabled from his employment as a transportation worker for Columbia University when struck by falling tables resulting with L5-S1 herniation with discectomy.
